We rented from Steve Hamilton for around 6-7 years and had a positive experience throughout our time there. If anything ever needed repaired or checked out, Steve was quick to respond and always had a solution. Communication was easy, and he was respectful about calling ahead before coming over for any maintenance or work. He was very responsive without ever being overbearing.

One thing we really appreciated was how fair and reliable he was throughout the entire rental process, especially during move out and the return of our deposit. Good landlords can be hard to come by, and we were thankful to have such a good experience for so many years.

As a Property Manager myself, I have high standards when it comes to rental housing and landlord responsiveness, and I can honestly say that Steve and Debbie exceeded every expectation.

I lived in one of their apartments in the State College area and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The apartment was always well-maintained, clean, and clearly cared for. Any time I had a maintenance concern, Steve was incredibly responsive. A quick phone call was all it took—he would return my call promptly and schedule repairs at a time that worked for me.

One experience in particular stands out. My refrigerator unexpectedly stopped working overnight, and before a replacement could be delivered, Steve personally brought me a cooler filled with ice and even stored my frozen food in an extra freezer at his home so nothing would spoil. The replacement refrigerator was delivered the very next morning. That level of care and dedication is something you rarely find.

Steve and Debbie were always accommodating, professional, and genuinely cared about their tenants. It was clear throughout my tenancy that they took pride in both their properties and the relationships they built with residents.

I was genuinely sad to leave my apartment, but I was relocating back to New York to be closer to family and help care for my elderly grandparents. If not for that move, I would have happily continued renting from them.

I cannot recommend Steve and Debbie highly enough. They provided one of the best rental experiences I've ever had, and anyone looking for a well-maintained home with attentive, trustworthy landlords would be fortunate to rent from them.
